Our refund policy is simple and hassle-free. Except as noted below, if you have purchased one of our courses and find that you are having technical difficulties or do not like the quality of the materials, you can request a full refund until the end of the second session (first unit) of the course. That's it! No questions asked!
Please note that no refunds will be made after the second session. We will, however, be happy to reschedule you to another class of the same course if you are unable to attend the one you signed up for.
Special policy for shorter classes: for classes composed of four or fewer sessions, the refund policy applies only to the first session.
